Justin Murdock (’20) has been hired as a Project Analyst by Boost Midwest, a management consulting company in Little Rock, Ark.
Boost Midwest helps companies manage success in sustainable ways by aligning operations with strategic goals through technology adoption, process improvement, and project management, offering a variety of business solutions to help companies grow and eliminate inefficiencies.
Murdock will primarily engage in data collection, data management, participant case management, and more as part of Boost Midwest’s project management team.
As a Clinton School student, Murdock was the recipient of the 2020 MPS Academic Award, presented annually to the top student from the in-person degree program.
As part of his International Public Service Project, Murdock worked with Awamaki, a Peruvian nonprofit that connects Andean artisan weavers with global markets and empowers women with education and financial independence. He spent eight weeks in Ollantaytambo, Peru, revising Awamaki’s biannual demographic survey. Murdock also collected data from all seven of the artisan and tourism cooperatives with which the organization works.
Murdock worked with the Little Rock Zoo as part of his final Capstone Project. He performed best practice research in developing a monitoring and evaluation plan and data collection toolkit.
Murdock is a graduate of Hendrix College with degrees in chemistry and Spanish. Before enrolling at the Clinton School, he was an AmeriCorps member at City Year Miami and City Year Little Rock.
