Norris Named Director of Domestic Programs

Rachel Norris has been named the Director of Domestic Programs at the Clinton School of Public Service.

Working within the Office of Field Service, Norris will oversee the year-long Practicum project experience for first-year students, develop partnerships with local, regional, and national organizations, and cultivate high-quality field service projects for Clinton School students.

“I am thrilled to be at the Clinton School of Public Service because its commitment to breaking down boundaries and fostering civic engagement resonates with my belief that we all deserve an education that promotes our ability to take ownership of our community as positive change agents,” Norris said. “I look forward to contributing to this unique institution’s mission and making a beneficial impact through education and public service.”

Norris was previously the Director of Education for the Arkansas Cinema Society and was a teacher in Boston and Little Rock. She has served with City Year Little Rock and was the Education Task Force Chair for Think Big Little Rock.

“Rachel is bringing fresh eyes and innovative ideas to the Office of Field Service,” said Dr. Nichola Driver, Executive Director for the Office of Field Service. “She is very strategic and forward thinking, and will undoubtedly take our work to the next level. Her skills and experience make her an outstanding person to serve as a bridge between our school, our students, and our domestic communities. We are excited to have her.”
