Posted by BEN BEAUMONT – The Clinton School’s Center on Community Philanthropy this week welcomes “Scholar in Residence” Heather Larkin Eason, president and CEO of the Arkansas Community Foundation, who will be researching, writing and interacting with students and faculty at the school.
Eason is committed to improving the state and enjoys helping people leave a legacy and give to the causes they care about. In 2001, she was named a Hull Fellow and attended the Hull Leadership Program, a program to nurture and inspire the Southeast’s next generation of philanthropic leaders. In 2005, she was selected as one of five Americans to be a Transatlantic Community Foundation Fellow.
She is the second scholar to visit as part of the Center’s new program established to reach out to researchers, practitioners and senior executives who have demonstrated exemplary contributions in the field of community philanthropy.
