Posted by BEN BEAUMONT – The Clinton School’s Center on Community Philanthropy this fall will welcome visiting scholar Dr. Karl Besel, assistant professor for public affairs and graduate school director for the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University Kokomo.

With the help of two Clinton School students, Besel will study the ability of nonprofit organizations in the center’s target areas of the Arkansas Delta region and New Orleans to leverage funding from the private sector.
