Posted by ERIC WILSON – Those who follow our blog may recall that the closest thing to an “official” Clinton School sport is BAGGO. Well, an official sport requires an official mascot. After tossing out hundreds of ideas we decided to hold off and wait for a sign, possibly a signal of some sort. Picking a mascot is a very important decision and we wanted it to occur naturally.
Ladies and gentlemen, we may have seen that sign. As Dean Skip Rutherford, Associate Dean Mike Hemphill and others were leaving work today a HAWK swooped over Choctaw clinching its prey and perched on top of the parking lot light directly in front of the Dean’s car.
