Reducing Recidivism in Arkansas

As noted below, a team of Clinton School students presented recommendations Tuesday to a state coalition about ways to fight recidivism in Arkansas. The students told the Arkansas Re-Entry Coalition that a holisitic approach is needed to coordinated services for ex-offenders.

With an average of nearly half of Arkansas’s inmates returning to jail, Clinton School students Kim Caldwell, Ryan Olson and Ben Kaufman interviewed ex-offenders and agencies who support them to find out ways to improve that rate.
