Rutherford will be Keynote Speaker at Annual AHSEA Conference

James L. “Skip” Rutherford III will be the keynote speaker for the opening session of the 74^th annual Arkansas Human Services Employees Association Conference in Little Rock on Thursday, October 24 at the Embassy Suites in Little Rock.

The theme of the conference is “DHS Superheroes Empowering Arkansas.”

Additionally, Rutherford will deliver a workshop, “Keeping the Public in Public Service,” on Thursday at 11 a.m. Clinton School graduate Alexandra Rouse (’14) will hold a workshop on the hiring processes for the Department of Human Services.
