Martin Baron, “Corporate Media and Public Service: Is there a Connection?”

-Martin Baron became editor of The Boston Globe in 2001, leading the paper to four Pulitzer Prizes in his short tenure. Named Editor of the Year in 2005 by the National Press Foundation, Baron previously held top editing positions at the New York Times, Los Angeles Times and Miami Herald. He will give a lecture entitled “Corporate Media and Public Service: Is there a Connection?”
Ronen Sen, Indian Ambassador to the United States

-Appointed Ambassador to the United States in 2004, Ronen Sen has served in the Indian Foreign Service since 1966. During his career, he has served as Ambassador to Mexico, Ambassador to the Russian Federation, Ambassador to Germany and High Commissioner to the United Kingdom.
