Second-year student, Angela Bukenya was recently appointed as a Goodwill Ambassador for the city of Entebbe, Uganda by Mayor Kayanja Vincent De Paul. She was appointed for the purposes of consolidating the mandate of the mayor in the social and economic empowerment of the residents of Entebbe. See the full letter of appointment below.
