Poste by DEAN SKIP RUTHERFORD – Congratulations to Clinton School Student Jose Guzzardi, who along with Dr. Mark Mullenbach an associate professor at the University of Central Arkansas, has published an article in The Midsouth Political Science Review.
The article is titled, “The Politics of Seeking a Permanent Seat on the United Nations Security Council: An Analysis of the Case of Japan.”
A copy of the journal is in the Reading Room at the Clinton School.
