Posted by ERIC WILSON – The Bradley County Pink Tomato Festival is one of the oldest continuous running festivals in the state of Arkansas. Our director of public service projects, Joe Ballard (above), attended and participated in the festival’s 5k run this past weekend finishing second in his age group and sixth overall.
Fortunately for Clinton School faculty and staff, Joe was compelled to buy a box of the county’s famous tomatoes after finishing the race. Needless to say, they disappeared very quickly.
