Posted by ERIC WILSON – Washington and Lee University is home to the Shepherd Program for the Interdisciplinary Study of Poverty and Human Capability. As part of their internship, the undergraduates spent some time in Phillips County, Arkansas, an area of the Delta Region that Clinton School students have experience working in.
