Investing in Future Leaders Who Make Public Service Work
Public service often occurs outside of the spotlight. Many of the most impactful leaders work quietly, diligently, and without recognition – driving meaningful change and ensuring the success of missions greater than themselves.
Few exemplify this better than Bruce R. Lindsey.
For decades, Bruce has been at the heart of one of the most consequential public service careers in modern history. As trusted advisor to President Bill Clinton, CEO of the Clinton Foundation, and mentor to countless public servants, Bruce has shaped the landscape of service and leadership. His work has never been about public accolades, but about making real impact happen.
To honor his extraordinary career, unwavering mentorship, and lifelong commitment to service, we are proud to announce the establishment of the Bruce R. Lindsey Scholarship for Public Service at the Clinton School of Public Service.

Supporting the Next Generation of Public Servants
This scholarship is more than a tribute – it is an investment in the next generation of public servants. It is designed for those who, like Bruce, will dedicate themselves to service not for recognition, but for results. It will support students who will work tirelessly to advance the common good, whether at the forefront of policy and leadership or behind the scenes making it all possible.
Our goal is to fully endow this scholarship, ensuring that Bruce’s legacy continues through the lives and careers of Clinton School students for generations to come.
