Blair took a leave of absence from her UA post in 1992 to serve as a senior researcher for the Clinton campaign. About a month before the election, Clinton gave her permission to interview campaign staff members and volunteers for a historical archive.

Rwandan Scholars Program Meets

A group of students, faculty and other university representatives with the Rwanda Presidential Scholars program met today at the Clinton School. Led by Hendrix College in Conway, the program includes 12 colleges and universities that work with the Rwandan government to provide four-year undergraduate scholarships to Rwandan college students.
