The five Clinton School students who participated in today’s panel on “The Youth Vote” in the 2008 election did a wonderful job of researching and breaking down the young electorate expected to turn out in record numbers for tomorrow’s election.

Award-winning filmmaker and friend of the Clinton School Patrick Creadon, creator of the hit crossword puzzle documentary “Wordplay,” brought his latest film about the mounting federal debt to the Clinton School on Sunday afternoon. “I.O.U.S.A,” follows former U.S. Comptroller General David Walker and Bob Bixby of the Concord Coaltion on their national “Fiscal Wake-up Tour,” to raise awareness for the U.S. government’s mounting debt of more than $9 trillion.

*Kudos to Clinton School students Emily Fischer, Ali Turro and Dimas Espinola who spent part of their Halloween night trick or treating with children from Our House. Our House works with homeless individuals and families assisting with job training, job placement and permanent housing. It was great to see many children and the Cllinton School students when our door bell rang Friday night.

The Arkansas Studies Institute (ASI) in the Little Rock Rivermarket is nearing completion, and we are beyond excited about moving into our new space on the third floor. While Choctaw Station will remain our headquarters, the Clinton School Rivermarket Campus will provide two additional classrooms along with office and meeting spaces.
