Anita B. McBride, former Chief of Staff to First Lady Laura Bush, will deliver the commencement address to the Clinton School of Public Service’s graduating class of 2024. Mary Steenburgen, an Academy Award-winning actress and native of Newport, Ark., will receive the Clinton School’s first Honorary Master of Public Service degree as part of the commencement ceremony.
