Clinton School student Chanley Painter, Miss Arkansas USA, will soon travel to Las Vegas to compete in the Miss USA pageant. Chanley is an outstanding student in the JD/MPS program both at the Clinton School and the UALR Bowen School of Law where she is ranked in the top of her class.
